With 18 years of experience in Zambia’s travel industry, Sarah Benbow brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and hands-on expertise to every itinerary she creates.

Sarah began her journey in lodge management, where she learned the operational intricacies of running high-end lodges across Africa. She then went on to manage one of Livingstone’s largest and busiest activity booking centres, later expanding her role to include leading Sales & Marketing efforts across both domestic and international markets.

In 2019, she launched her own venture – Zamology Travel – combining her deep local insight, industry connections, and operational know-how to craft exceptional travel experiences throughout Livingstone and beyond.

A specialist in FIT (Fully Independent Travel) and family travel, Sarah is also a mum to two young girls, giving her a personal understanding of the rewards and realities of travelling with children.

In addition, Sarah has over a decade of experience in the MICE sector, where she plays a key role in liaising between clients, hotels, ground handlers, activity providers, and event teams. She has worked closely with some of Southern Africa’s leading MICE operators, ensuring seamless and successful event execution.
