A Private Oasis in the Tourist Mecca

Kingfisher House is comprised of three spacious bedrooms, ideal for six guests. Two additional single mattresses and a cot can be arranged with advance notice for little guests. The Master Ensuite King boasts both bath and shower facilities. The second King Room and third Twin Room offer a shared bathroom facility - whilst air-conditioning, feather pillows and 400 thread temperature control bedding throughout will ensure a good nights rest for all, even in the hot Summer months!

But first, let’s Breakfast.

This ultra-cool house was designed by Josh Ward, the award-winning architect behind Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa. It oozes style with exceptional decor and a double volume living area. The large kitchen is kitted out with everything you might need during your stay, including a central island with breakfast bar. Livingstone has a number of supermarkets and fresh foodie markets for all your shopping requirements!

There are many places to kick back and relax in this beautiful home – from the spacious living area, the doors open completely to offer a seamless indoor / outdoor experience. The terrace offers a quiet and shady place to enjoy a good book with a pink G&T and there is a gorgeous, insta-friendly infinity pool for those looking to make the most of the Zambian sunshine. Finally, a small courtyard offers an open fireplace for a BBQ, as well as a fire-pit. There is lounge seating here for the all-important story-telling around the fire - or to simply lie back and count shooting stars.

Kingfisher House is the ideal self-catering house for travelling families. Sitting under giant trees, the shady garden is a wonderland for children, complete with a play area, trampoline and mini climbing wall. Kindly note the swimming pool is unfenced and children must be supervised at all times.
